Data we process
Depending on your interaction with the store, we may process your name, billing and delivery address, contact details, order and return information, customer support communications, technical website usage data and information required for fraud prevention and payment security. Full card details are generally processed by an authorised payment service provider and may not be accessible to the trader.
Purposes & legal bases
We process data to conclude and perform contracts, process payments, delivery, returns and complaints; to comply with legal and accounting obligations; to protect legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention and the defence of legal claims; and, where consent is required, for marketing communications and optional analytics or marketing technologies.
Recipients
Data may be shared with service providers needed to operate the store, including Shopify, payment service providers, delivery companies, accounting and IT providers, and competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
Transfers outside the EEA
If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is carried out using an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
We retain data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for as long as required by tax, accounting, consumer and other applicable laws. Data processed on the basis of consent is processed until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits further processing.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

The store uses technologies that are necessary for the cart, checkout, security and basic website functions. Optional analytics and marketing technologies may be used in accordance with applicable rules and, where required, only after the user has given appropriate consent.
